The RoleWe are seeking a highly organised Administrative Support Officer to provide coordination and administrative support for international regulatory meetings and stakeholder engagement for a membership organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate meetings, briefings, and delegate registrations
- Manage attendance records and documentation systems
- Provide administrative support during international meetings, including troubleshooting access issues
- Maintain internal databases and SharePoint records
- Support stakeholder communications and correspondence groups
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics
- Proven administrative experience in a professional environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Experience supporting international meetings or events
- Familiarity with regulatory environments
- Experience with SharePoint or database systems
