Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Support the CEO and Exec team with high-quality administrative assistance
  • Manage diary, travel arrangements, and onsite meeting preparations
  • Organize company events and internal workshops
  • Assist in developing and implementing internal communications
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in events organization
  • Ability to manage travel logistics
  • Must maintain confidentiality at all times.
