Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Support the CEO and Exec team with high-quality administrative assistance
- Manage diary, travel arrangements, and onsite meeting preparations
- Organize company events and internal workshops
- Assist in developing and implementing internal communications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in events organization
- Ability to manage travel logistics
- Must maintain confidentiality at all times.
