Salary: SCP 3-6 (£16,139.67-£16,916.19 actual) £12.85-£13.47 ph

28 hours per week, term time only (Mon-Fri, 8:30am start)

The Governors of St Mary of the Angels Catholic Primary School invite applications for the role of Administrative Assistant, working with our School Office Manager.

We are seeking a friendly, efficient individual who is supportive of our Catholic ethos and able to provide high quality administrative support in a busy school office.

Applicants should have experience in a fast paced office environment, excellent communication skills, and a calm, patient manner.

Strong English, Maths and Microsoft Office skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise, use initiative and work under pressure.

An NVQ2 in Business/School Administration or equivalent experience is required.

Knowledge of Arbor is desirable, and training will be provided.

• Clerical tasks
• Reception duties
• School dinners/after school clubs administration (Schoolcomms)
• Financial support including invoices
• Attendance monitoring
• Data input (Arbor)
• Booking trips/staff training
• Maintaining the school website
