Vacancy for Administration Assistant
Salary: Meridian Trust Grade 4, Point 3
Hours: 37 hours
Weeks: 39 weeks
Role OverviewWe have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and well organised Administrative Assistant to join Lincroft Academy. In this key role, you will be an integral part of our administration team, contributing to the smooth running of the school. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with students, parents, and staff.
Responsibilities- Working in a supportive team.

- Administer first aid.
- Attending to student medical needs.
- Answering phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Supporting with administration across the school.

- A good educational background - GCSE qualifications or above.
- Experience in working in an administrative or medical environment.
- Possess outstanding communication skills and can work well in a team.
- An understanding of child protection and safeguarding issues.
