Admin Team Leader (1 year maternity cover)

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 4:00pm OR 8:00am - 3:00pm, 35 hours each week, £15.50per hour.

Role Overview

We are looking for a team player who will be requiredto provide a wide range of admin support to management. Assist admin team for holiday cover / absences. Proficient in excel and Microsoft Office / Outlook. Able to assess and prioritise workload promptly.

Key Responsibilities Payroll
  • Inputtingof timesheet data into excel spreadsheets
  • Handling/ inputting of holiday forms
  • Recordemployee absence and submit fit notes for processing
  • Assistadmin team with payroll submission
Procurement
  • Raisingdaily / monthly / quarterly purchase orders
  • Managementof weekly consumable orders
  • Updatingof internal excel order sheets and purchase register
  • Liaisingwith suppliers and forwarding purchase orders to ensure timely delivery ofgoods and services
  • Handlingsupplier invoices and submitting to central accounts payable
  • Dealingwith delivery and invoice queries
  • Maintain/ update monthly stock take records

  • Excellentcommunication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highlyorganised with strong time management skills
  • Self-motivatedand able to manage workloads independently
  • Comfortableworking in an open office environment
  • Confidentapproaching members of the management team for updates and information
  • Abilityto work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
