Admin Team Leader (1 year maternity cover)Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 4:00pm OR 8:00am - 3:00pm, 35 hours each week, £15.50per hour.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a team player who will be requiredto provide a wide range of admin support to management. Assist admin team for holiday cover / absences. Proficient in excel and Microsoft Office / Outlook. Able to assess and prioritise workload promptly.
Key Responsibilities Payroll- Inputtingof timesheet data into excel spreadsheets
- Handling/ inputting of holiday forms
- Recordemployee absence and submit fit notes for processing
- Assistadmin team with payroll submission
- Raisingdaily / monthly / quarterly purchase orders
- Managementof weekly consumable orders
- Updatingof internal excel order sheets and purchase register
- Liaisingwith suppliers and forwarding purchase orders to ensure timely delivery ofgoods and services
- Handlingsupplier invoices and submitting to central accounts payable
- Dealingwith delivery and invoice queries
- Maintain/ update monthly stock take records
- Excellentcommunication skills (written and verbal)
- Highlyorganised with strong time management skills
- Self-motivatedand able to manage workloads independently
- Comfortableworking in an open office environment
- Confidentapproaching members of the management team for updates and information
- Abilityto work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
