Role OverviewWe are looking for an organised, customer focused Administration Assistant who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys supporting others to deliver high quality services to the community.

You will work alongside experienced professionals in Leisure Services, gaining exposure to a varied workload, modern leisure management systems, and trusted public sector processes. Key ResponsibilitiesOn a day to day basis, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, including handling enquiries from the public, maintaining records and databases, processing memberships and bookings, supporting computerised leisure systems, assisting with financial and invoicing tasks, organising information, and producing accurate documentation and reports. You will also support meetings, projects and service initiatives as required.
Essential QualificationsYou will have proven administrative experience, strong IT and communication skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to work calmly and professionally with customers and colleagues. A flexible, team oriented approach and a commitment to high standards are essential.
