Admin / Data Input Officer

If you thrive on pace, precision, and hands-on production work, this is a brilliant opportunity to support day-to-day document output for a reputed client. You'll help ensure high-quality print, accurate dispatch, and smooth day-to-day operations for around 4,000 documents per day, plus ad-hoc jobs such as posters and large format printing.
What you'll be doing:- Produce daily print and dispatch output by operating and maintaining printers and envelopers
- Undertake full print/dispatch room production tasks using manual and machine-assisted methods
- Carry out regular quality checks during production, adjusting machine settings as needed
- Monitor and manage use of print room consumables efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance to keep equipment at safe operating levels
- Match documentation and insert it into envelopes manually, accurately and consistently
- Dispatch work via third-party suppliers, supporting timely delivery of outputs
- Handle fault diagnostics and carry out repairs within your training and supported guidance
- Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance and production statistics, and share them in the appropriate form
- Follow Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate production statistics
- Confidence working under pressure while meeting tight production deadlines
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a positive "working together" mindset
- Initiative to carry out tasks efficiently on your own when required
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally when needed
- Commitment to delivering at pace without compromising quality
- Knowledge of printing on printers and wide format plotters (desirable)
- You'll support a fast-moving, production-focused environment-often with time-sensitive dispatch schedules.
