Accounting Manager - Nord Vaudois

For our client, we are recruiting an Accounting Manager (F/M) - Nord Vaudois. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for a small accounting team and will work alongside specialized peers in management control. Our client is an SME belonging to a group and is recognized for its expertise and commitment, offering a stimulating work environment.Responsibilities include animating all accounting processes in an industrial environment with specific flows, supervising all accountants: general accounting, clients, suppliers, treasury, etc. Guiding and training team members, preparing, ensuring reliability, and optimizing the timelines for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. Producing financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, annexes) and reporting for management. Supervising and executing all tax-related matters (VAT, corporate tax, etc.) in compliance with standards and in close collaboration with authorities and internal partners. Securing, standardizing, and optimizing accounting processes, including the implementation of relevant KPIs. Ensuring the smooth running of internal control campaigns with a spirit of pedagogy. Actively participating in meetings with external partners: auditors, banks, and continuous ERP projects.Profile: At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within an industrial environment. Holder of the Federal Certificate of Specialist in Finance and Accounting or a university degree. Proficient in SAP and excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite (Power BI: a plus). Familiarity with Swiss GAAP RPC standards and/or fluent in French (minimum C1), professional English (minimum B2). Deep understanding of industrial flows and accounting. Proven experience in supervision and/or management of teams.
