Ecommpay is on a mission to build a global, data-driven payment ecosystem. We help top e-commerce companies to grow globally with local bespoke solutions. You have a unique chance to be the driving force behind Ecommpay's payment platform as an Account Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and sustain long-term, trust-driven client relationships, serving as the main point of contact to drive satisfaction and retention
  • Gain a deep understanding of client needs to ensure timely delivery of appropriate products and services with a focus on continued increase in turnover and profit
  • Gather, analyse, and maintain accurate client information to support effective decision-making
  • Ensure client compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to address client needs
  • Recommend tailored solutions through upselling and cross-selling, based on client needs and processing insights
Requirements
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably within the financial services industry
  • Relevant experience with a B2B business model; specific knowledge of fintech sector and e-commerce would be an asset
  • Strong client orientation, sharp analytical skills, and strict attention to detail
  • Result orientation with the ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently
  • Aspiration for professional and personal growth; willingness to learn and develop
  • Excellent oral and written command of English and Russian
  • Advanced negotiation skills to successfully develop and retain client accounts
  • Strong team player
