Account Director - London - up to £60k basic

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, and passionate Account Director with an extensive knowledge of the printing industry to develop their career in an award-winning company.

You will be a commercial thinker and will be responsible for the development of onboarding new clients and ensuring existing clients' needs are met. The successful applicant will have a proven track record in a previous Key Account Manager/Account Director/Client Services Management role within a fast paced environment. You will have a strong analytical mind with the capability of foreseeing problems early and implementing suitable counter measures.

• Strengthen client relationships through proactive account directorship
• Maintain client satisfaction & retention
• Actively seek to increase the services offered and increase the income generated to agreed individual and team targets
• Work closely with the Site Director to agree operational efficiency targets and business objectives
• Have an in-depth understanding of the financial status of the full client portfolio
• Develop processes that help to accurately forecast up and coming workloads
