The company is part of Intracon Spain, along with Intracon Marketing Solutions: a global agency that helps B2B companies achieve their goals with creative Marketing and Sales solutions.
We are looking for an ABM Specialist to join our team and provide support to BPS Marketing division of one of our main clients, the multinational technology company HP (Hewlett-Packard). In this role you will support the execution of strategic marketing programs aimed at strengthening relationships and improving win rates with selected Global B2B accounts.
Working closely with experienced marketers and sales teams, the ABM Specialist will help deliver personalized 1:1 and tactical campaigns while also contributing to ongoing initiatives.
About the role:
- Dedication: Full time
- Location: Sant Cugat del Vallés
- Project's length: 1 year, with possibility of extension
- Work model: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
Main responsibilities:
Reporting to the Global T1 Marketing, your main tasks will be:
- Program Support: Assist in coordinating and executing the Marketing program for hunting accounts, ensuring timely delivery of campaign components and alignment with strategic goals.
- Project Coordination: Help manage timelines, assets, and reporting for ABM campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and clear communication across teams.
- Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to identify target accounts and support the planning and execution of personalized marketing activities.
- Innovation & Learning: Participate in testing new ideas and approaches to enhance the commercial marketing experience, with a focus on learning and continuous improvement.
- ABM 1:1 Support: Contribute innovative ideas to enhance B2B engagement strategies while supporting the delivery of ABM 1:1 marketing experiences for priority accounts
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage other areas of the HP organization to help support and drive the Global Accounts Team agenda.
Background & Skills:
- Strong interest in B2B marketing and account-based strategies.
- Advanced organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills with keen attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset with a strong eagerness to learn and grow.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills in English, with a proactive attitude.
- Some experience (internships, coursework, or entry-level roles) in marketing, communications, or related fields is a plus.
- Ability to function effectively in high-pressure and highly ambiguous environments.
- Strong bias toward action and results-oriented mindset.
- Passion for learning new skills and expanding experience.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic.
- Excellent team player.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
