MARKETING MANAGER

About the Company - NVLS is a global leader in night vision technology, delivering unmatched visibility in low-light environments. The company specializes in the development of man-portable night vision and thermal imaging devices for the defense sector, with a focus on ultra-compact, lightweight, and high-performance systems designed for ground forces, aviators, and amphibious units.

About the Role - To strengthen our teams, we are looking for a Communication Manager. Recently integrated into the Exosens group, we are looking to strengthen our teams within our new organization with a Communication Manager. This person needs to have a strong interest for imaging technology, ideally in the defense industry and has experience in communication and/or marketing, ideally in the B-to-B sector.

Responsibilities

• Developing off- and on-line communication supports to highlight our product range
• Producing different communication media in different languages: PowerPoint presentations, press articles, leaflets, brochures, white papers
• Organizing trade shows and customer events in support with the Marketing Group: organizing customer evenings, preparing trade show stands, creating visuals adapted to the needs of the country
• Selecting and managing event goodies: identify service providers, compare offers, track orders, inventory stock
• Participating in the animation of social networks in connection with the Marketing Group's media plan
• Successfully planning and launching new products together with Product Marketing, R&D and Sales departments
• Creating defense-oriented materials such as videos and product animations
• Managing external service providers, drawing up briefs, comparing quotes and supervising projects with communication agencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communication or Marketing, with a strong interest in high-tech industries
• At least 8 years of experience in an international technical organization in Communication or Marketing
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong communication skills in English. French is a plus.

Pay range and compensation package - An attractive salary, that ranges from 40K€ to 45K€ yearly
