Salary: £42,263- £57,181 annual, depending on experience

INTO London is seeking an experienced and inspiring Academic Manager to lead our STEM programmes. This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving the quality, development and delivery of Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths pathways, ensuring exceptional academic and pastoral support for our international students.

Responsibilities

• Lead on curriculum development for STEM pathways, in collaboration with the Academic Director and teaching team.
• Manage teaching resources and timetabling to support effective delivery.
• Oversee assessment processes and ensure strong progression outcomes for students.
• Support, develop and guide a dedicated academic team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Ensure exceptional academic and pastoral support for international students.

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong academic background in a STEM discipline.
• Significant teaching experience.
• Proven leadership within an educational setting.
• Passion for working with international students.
• Ability to lead with clarity, empathy and purpose.
