A health aide on an hourly contract

La Côte's mission is to help dependent individuals or those with health issues to remain in their living environment for as long as possible. Through its CMS in Mies, Nyon, Gland, Rolle, Aubonne, St-Prex, and Morges, it ensures support to promote, maintain and/or restore health, maximize autonomy, and foster social inclusion of its clients while supporting their loved ones. To complement its teams in Nyon, St-Prex, and Morges, La Côte is looking for a health assistant (100%). Mission:Provide basic care, family assistance, and household help at the home of individuals with physical or mental dependency.Requirements:- Health assistant 120h CRS or equivalent diploma or foreign qualification with CRSD equivalency- Previous experience in this field is preferred if possible- An evident interest in elderly care and home maintenance- Autonomy and working in a multidisciplinary environment- Flexibility in working hours (days, evenings, and weekends)- Driver's license is essentialIf you have professional experience that matches the desired profile and share our values of professionalism, recognition, open-mindedness, solidarity, respect, and trust, we invite you to submit your application.
