It promotes a positive view of people with disabilities and applies its skills to their well-being and inclusion in society. Eben-Hézer Lausanne is part of the Eben-Hézer organization, a private non-profit recognized as being of public interest. To complete the team in the RE Sector, which consists of 3 living spaces for residents with disabilities and associated psychological disorders and/or aging, we are looking for a social worker, ASE, ASSC or nurse (M/F) at an activity rate of 60%-80%. Mission:You contribute to the well-being of residents, ensuring them the greatest possible autonomy in their journey and a living environment that meets their needs and desires. You provide daily support. You aim to maintain or assist in the loss of their skills based on their requirements. You support them in their social and institutional integration. This mission is carried out in a multidisciplinary team and in collaboration with the social network.Responsibilities:Develop and implement personalized support plans adapted to the needs of residents. Work in an interdisciplinary manner to respond to complex and heterogeneous situations. Provide assistance to residents in basic care and daily living activities. Perform delegated healthcare and medical-technical acts in line with your level of competence. Participate in the selection, organization, and running of relaxation and leisure activities. Encourage close contacts with residents' families in the development and follow-up of their individual projects. Actively collaborate with internal and external networks. Ensure tasks related to the team and residents are completed.Desired Profile:Degree X (HES, ES, Specialized Pedagogy), ASE or ASSC diploma is essential. Experience in supporting individuals with autonomy loss and associated disorders and/or in care. Ease in teamwork, reliable task completion. Interest in developing tools adapted for residents with language disorders, for individualized support and regular activity programs aimed at developing new actions. Knowledge of and Microsoft Office programs.
