MCS Group is proud to be working exclusively with an Irish success story to hire an experienced IT Project Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role suits someone who enjoys driving delivery, working closely with technical and business stakeholders, and supporting the development of more junior team members.

(Hybrid - Dublin)

You'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. Alongside delivery, you'll play a key role in mentoring junior Project Managers and helping to embed good project management practices across the team.

• Lead the planning and delivery of IT projects from initiation through to completion
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, and external suppliers
• Mentor and support junior Project Managers, providing guidance on delivery, planning, and stakeholder management
• Help promote consistent project management standards and best practices
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Provide clear and regular project updates to senior stakeholders

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager delivering technology projects
• Demonstrated experience mentoring or coaching junior Project Managers
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changeable environment
• Experience working with internal IT teams and third-party vendors
• Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) is an advantage
• ERP implementation experience is a strong advantage

• 12 month fixed term contract
• Salary up to 75k DOE plus bonus
• Dublin based role with a 4 days onsite/1 day remote working pattern
