Helios is seeking a Concierge to deliver a warm, professional welcome at a prestigious residential development in Greater London. You are the first point of contact for residents, visitors and vendors, ensuring a seamless 5-star experience across all touchpoints.

Working 44 hours a week with 12-hour shift patterns (8am-8pm, 4 days on/off), you will maintain impeccable presentation, manage bookings and rooms, handle parcels, and support resident events while upholding health and safety standards.
