Job Description
ShipBob is hiring an Operations Support Manager to train and support our 3PL partners across inbound/outbound fulfilment. The role focuses on onboarding, training delivery, and driving adoption of ShipBob's WMS, dashboards, and SOPs to ensure high performance across partner sites.
On-site majority with some travel, based in the UK. The position reports to the Senior Operations Support Manager and involves collaboration with Merchant Care, Inventory Control, and MES teams to deliver best-in-class
