ShipBob is hiring an Operations Support Manager to train and support our 3PL partners across inbound/outbound fulfilment. The role focuses on onboarding, training delivery, and driving adoption of ShipBob's WMS, dashboards, and SOPs to ensure high performance across partner sites.
