Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to become a valued member of our healthcare team, supporting a client in the Salisbury area. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring positive health outcomes and a high standard of support.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to the medical team
Provide compassionate patient care in line with established protocols
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Advise on health management and disease prevention

Requirements

Supporting with complex care needs such as:
PEG Feeding
Tracheostomy
Ventilation Experience
