Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to become a valued member of our healthcare team, supporting a client in the Salisbury area. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring positive health outcomes and a high standard of support.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to the medical team
• Provide compassionate patient care in line with established protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Advise on health management and disease prevention

Requirements

• Supporting with complex care needs such as:
• PEG Feeding
• Tracheostomy
• Ventilation Experience
