Job Description
IT Support Engineer
Salary: £25,000 per year + £2,000 in overtime
Location: Cambridge - travel to customer sites required
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with occasional weekend work
Our client is looking for an IT Support Engineer to visit customer sites and help resolve issues with EPOS equipment, networks and back-office servers.
The role:
- Investigate and resolve IT problems on-site.
- Write clear reports and keep customers updated.
- Arrange any further repairs or support required.
- Keep equipment records up to date.
What you'll need:
- Good IT troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- An organised and flexible approach.
- A full, clean driving licence.
