Job Description

IT Support Engineer

Salary: £25,000 per year + £2,000 in overtime

Location: Cambridge - travel to customer sites required

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with occasional weekend work

Our client is looking for an IT Support Engineer to visit customer sites and help resolve issues with EPOS equipment, networks and back-office servers.

The role:

  • Investigate and resolve IT problems on-site.
  • Write clear reports and keep customers updated.
  • Arrange any further repairs or support required.
  • Keep equipment records up to date.

What you'll need:

  • Good IT troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • An organised and flexible approach.
  • A full, clean driving licence.
