13 . 02 SEO & CRO Director Filter-DIGITAL

I am working with a well respected media agency that is continuing to invest in its digital offering and is now looking to hire an SEO Account Director to join their Leeds team.

SEO & CRO Director - Leeds - Permanent

What the role will involve:

You will oversee the full lifecycle of SEO activity, ensuring work is commercially focused, insight led and aligned with wider media plans. Alongside managing key accounts, you will support the ongoing evolution of the agency's search proposition and contribute to broader digital initiatives. Expect a role with variety. One day you may be guiding long term strategy, the next identifying opportunities within existing clients or collaborating with paid media teams to deliver a more integrated approach.

• Acting as a senior point of contact for clients, leading meetings and maintaining strong partnerships
• Overseeing campaign performance, ensuring activity is continually refined and improved
• Spotting opportunities to expand accounts and drive additional revenue
• Supporting the growth of both SEO and CRO services
• Working closely with other channel specialists to deliver joined up campaigns
• Mentoring and developing a direct report while helping foster a strong team culture
• Contributing to proposition development and helping shape future agency direction
• Improving how data is used, reported and integrated across digital channels
