• Guide and shape the direction of PR and Social strategies that deliver top results for both clients and the business.
• Build trusted relationships with clients while spotting opportunities for growth.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to push boundaries in their work.
• Work closely with business leaders to continually position the agency at the forefront of clients' minds.

What you'll bring to the table

• Experience in a PR or Social agency setting - essential; please only apply if you have this experience.
• Senior level expertise in B2C/Consumer PR and Social, from shaping big picture plans to building strong client partnerships within an agency environment.
• Solid knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and managing performance.
• Strong positive leadership skills, with experience of coaching and championing a positive team culture.
