1:1 Teaching Assistant - Supporting a Pupil with Down Syndrome

Job Title: 1:1 Teaching Assistant (Down Syndrome Support)

Salary: £20,218 - £20,521 per annum

Hours: 8.15am-3.10pm Monday to Friday (term time only + 5 days)

Location: Bewdley, Worcestershire

Fixed term: for the duration of the child's placement at Bewdley Primary School

We are seeking a caring, committed and experienced Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a delightful child with Down Syndrome. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about inclusive education and has experience supporting children with additional needs. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the child's learning, communication and independence, working closely with the class teacher, SENCo and external professionals to ensure the child thrives both academically and socially.
