This role is for a logistic company.

Purpose of Role: To ensure all customer orders are accurately packed, labelled, and meet quality standards before dispatch. The role involves conducting 100% checks on selected orders to maintain high levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 100% checks of assigned customer orders before shipment.
  
  
• Verify product quantities, descriptions, and condition against order documentation.
  
  
• Ensure correct packaging, labelling, and shipping documentation are present.
  
  
• Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or quality issues.
  
  
• Record checking results accurately and complete required documentation.
  
  
• Work closely with warehouse operatives, team leaders, and quality teams to resolve errors.
  
  
• Follow all health, safety, and company procedures.
