Hours 10:00-18:00
Location: Erdington, Birmingham
This role is for a logistic company.
Purpose of Role: To ensure all customer orders are accurately packed, labelled, and meet quality standards before dispatch. The role involves conducting 100% checks on selected orders to maintain high levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction.

- Conduct 100% checks of assigned customer orders before shipment.
- Verify product quantities, descriptions, and condition against order documentation.
- Ensure correct packaging, labelling, and shipping documentation are present.
- Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or quality issues.
- Record checking results accurately and complete required documentation.
- Work closely with warehouse operatives, team leaders, and quality teams to resolve errors.
- Follow all health, safety, and company procedures.
