Location: Rugby Full-Time / Part-Time Opportunity

A primary school in Rugby is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil within the school setting. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is patient, adaptable, and passionate about helping children reach their full potential.

The Role

• Providing consistent 1:1 support to a named pupil
• Supporting learning across the curriculum
• Adapting activities to meet individual needs
• Encouraging engagement, independence, and confidence
• Supporting social and emotional development
• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement support strategies
• Contributing to a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience supporting children in a primary school setting
• Understanding of SEND and differentiated learning approaches
• A calm, nurturing, and flexible approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or Level 3) desirable
