Salary: £28,000 per annum + performance bonusType: Permanent, Full-Time (Mon-Fri, 40 hours/week)

Location: Field-based, ideally based in North England

Are you a natural leader with a passion for performance and people? Join Zing as a Tactical Manager and play a key role in delivering and overseeing exciting field marketing campaigns across the North of England.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure all campaign activities are fully staffed, completed, and reported on time
• Use tools like MyWorks and Team Haven to monitor campaign progress and drive improvements
• Support and manage our Activators through chat, inboxes, and on-the-ground visits
• Identify staffing needs and work with recruitment to fill coverage gaps
• Analyse data and trends to boost engagement and performance
• Collaborate with internal teams and represent Zing professionally with clients and retailers

• Experience managing people and performance
• Great problem-solving skills and initiative
• Confident communicator via phone, email, and chat
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Travel & Flexibility:This is a field-based role with some travel, occasional overnight stays, and flexibility between 8:00am-6:00pm. Occasional overnight stays may be required (typically 1-2 nights per week, depending on activities). Weekend or out-of-hours work may also be necessary on a rotational basis or to support key campaigns
