Zero Harm Leader - Health, Safety & Wellbeing

Balfour Beatty plc in Scotland is hiring a Head of Health, Safety and Wellbeing to lead HS&W on a flagship overhead line project in Elgin. The role focuses on visible leadership, driving Zero Harm culture across the project lifecycle and developing a high-performing HS&W team.

You will work with regulators, customers, JV partners and supply chain, delivering audits, reviews and continuous improvement initiatives while deputising for the Scotland HS&W Head as required.
