Youth Worker: Empower Young People to Thrive

Brathay is seeking a Youth Worker in Bradford to empower children and young people through group and 1:1 support. The role involves designing and evaluating wellbeing programmes, delivering community-based youth activities, and adapting to evening/weekend schedules to meet needs.

You will work within Brathay Trust's Communities team, collaborating with partners to build resilience and employability among young people and families in our care.
