Some young people will arrive unsure, guarded or frustrated. Progress may start with small wins. Turning up. Completing a task. Staying engaged for another week.

You will work in a structured youth and learning environment with clear safeguarding, quality and outcome expectations. You will collaborate with colleagues, partners and funders who care about long term impact.

What You Will Do

• Build trusted relationships that keep young people engaged
• Deliver personal development, employability and accredited learning
• Create clear, realistic action plans with each young person
• Track progress, attendance and outcomes accurately
• Maintain safeguarding, data and quality standards at all times

You will contribute to local partnerships across Belfast, supporting joined up provision and smooth learner journeys.

A Day in the Role

You may start with a group session, followed by one to one reviews. You will update plans, liaise with colleagues and check in with a young person who has missed sessions. Some days move smoothly. Others require patience and calm problem solving.
