You will support students aged 8 to 18 with SEMH needs, Autism, ADHD, and behavioural challenges. The Youth Worker will play a vital role in mentoring pupils, promoting positive behaviour, and helping students build confidence and resilience.

• Salary: £89-£100 per day
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

As a Youth Worker, you will deliver 1:1 mentoring sessions, facilitate small group interventions, and support de-escalation strategies within the classroom.
