Job Description

Gloucestershire Music seeks a skilled ensemble leader to direct the Gloucestershire Youth Wind Orchestra (GYWO) in Barnwood Park School, Gloucester, meeting Thursday evenings during term time. The post supports high-quality music education through coaching and mentoring young players, with repertoire spanning wind ensemble works.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading similar ensembles and a passion for youth music, working with Gloucestershire Music's management team for delivery
