Job Description

YMCA DownsLink Group in Sussex and Surrey is seeking a qualified counsellor/psychotherapist to provide culturally responsive assessments and therapy for children and young people aged 8-24, across face-to-face and online settings.

The role involves triage, risk management, collaboration in a multidisciplinary team and delivering evidence-based interventions to support safe, equitable access to mental health services; closing date 11 October 2026.
