Job Description
YMCA DownsLink Group in Guildford runs Guildford Foyer, delivering 24-hour supported accommodation for up to 33 young people aged 16-25 with complex needs. We seek a compassionate Supported Housing Support Worker to provide trauma-informed, non-judgemental support and help residents build independence.
You will work on housing compliance, engagement, safeguarding, and coordination with local services, recording progress, and promoting safety while supporting daily living skills and transitions
