Youth Support Worker: Trauma Informed Care, Flexible Hours

Paragon Social Care is seeking passionate Support Workers to help vulnerable children and young people. You'll provide trauma-informed care, build trust, and support daily routines in a compassionate, stable environment.

No two days are the same: you'll assist with meals, education support, transport, and activities, while advocating for the voice of each child. Training is provided and shifts offer real flexibility.
