Join a dedicated team helping children and young people overcome challenges and achieve positive outcomes within a residential care setting.

Responsibilities

• Support emotional and behavioural development.
• Assist with education and personal goals.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment.
• Record and report key information.
• Support community engagement and activities.
• Undertake sleep in shifts when required.
• Supportive management team.

Requirements

• Passion for supporting vulnerable children and young people.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Full UK driving licence.

Pay and Employment

Up to £33000 per annum
