Youth Support Officer & Mother-Baby Lead

Launchpad Technologies is seeking a dedicated Young People's Support Officer to work with 18-24-year-olds in Reading, providing flexible, person-centred support from our mother and baby lead service. The role involves helping young people build life skills, access education and employment, and move toward independent living.

You'll work with safeguarding in mind, advocate for clients and collaborate with partners in housing, social care and health to deliver tailored plans and positive outcomes.
