Youth Services Coordinator - Employment & Wellbeing Lead

Action for Children is seeking a Service Coordinator for the Guernsey Youth & Housing Project to lead a small team of frontline workers and support young people aged 11 to 25. You will oversee service delivery, plan resources, and strengthen partnerships with external agencies to prevent homelessness and improve wellbeing.

The role requires strong leadership, multi agency collaboration, and the ability to manage casework standards from referral to closure.
