Youth Residential Support Worker (16-25) - Flexible Shifts

A community support organization is seeking dedicated Support Workers to help young people aged 16-25 in Leicester develop their independence and confidence. This role offers flexible shifts, a pay rate of £12.95 per hour, and a sleep-in rate of £50 per shift. Ideal candidates should possess a caring nature, excellent communication skills, and ideally have qualifications in Health & Social Care. Ongoing training will be provided for the right applicants.
