Youth Residential Support Worker - Impactful & Flexible Shifts

Cambian Group Plc is seeking a dedicated Residential Care Worker to support children aged 4-12 in our Colchester home, and to help them navigate daily activities, education and social development. You will build trusting relationships, provide emotional support, and assist with planning meetings and reports.

The role involves 2-3 shifts per week with a 40-hour rota and mandatory sleep in shifts. Sleep in payments of £30 per shift and enhanced DBS are included, with full induction and training
