Youth Pathways Engagement Advisor

Cheshire West and Chester Council is recruiting a Young People's Advisor to deliver direct, practical support to NEET young people aged 13-19 (up to 25 with SEND), helping them overcome barriers and progress toward education, employment or training. The role focuses on building trusted relationships and delivering tailored interventions that promote positive outcomes.

The post requires trauma informed, inclusive support across Cheshire West and Chester, with a base in Ellesmere Port.
