Youth Mentor for Diverse Learners (School)

Engage Partners Limited is partnering with a dedicated school in Wakefield to recruit a Youth Worker who will support students aged 11-16 with diverse needs, including Autism, learning difficulties and SEMH. This full-time role focuses on safeguarding, inclusion and personal development.

You will work alongside teachers, EHCP plans, and families, providing one-to-one mentoring, group activities and crisis support to create a safe, supportive learning environment.
