Youth Mentor: Empower Students Through Support & Growth

Academics is seeking a dedicated Youth Mentor for a specialist school in Thatcham, Berkshire, to begin ASAP. The role focuses on providing encouragement and guidance to pupils facing barriers to learning, with a strong emphasis on building confidence, emotional wellbeing and engagement with education.

You will deliver 1:1 and small group mentoring, foster positive relationships, and support social and emotional development, while promoting calm, consistent behavior management and resilience in
