Job Description
Tradewind Recruitment LTD. partners with a progressive Alternative Provision in Lancashire, seeking a Youth Mentor / Pastoral Worker to support 11-16-year-olds with SEMH needs. ASAP start, term-time school hours, full-time long-term supply to permanent.
You will build relationships, provide emotional support, and help students re-engage with education and vocational paths, while upholding safeguarding and collaborating with Tradewind consultants.
