Youth Hub Practitioner (11-19) - DBT Group Leader

Kent County Council is looking for a passionate Family Hub Practitioner to join the Tonbridge and Malling District Family Hubs. In this part-time role (18.5 hours per week), you will support young people aged 11-19 through individual and group activities while fostering key relationships within the community.

Responsibilities include planning and delivering supportive activities, maintaining records, and working collaboratively with families and local partners. The position requires flexibility in hours and travel across Tonbridge and Malling.
